Behind the Scenes
UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL
ZOO TOURS:
2 hour full compound tour with hands on.
For those who want to spend more time learning, petting and interacting.. this is the tour we recommend. We allow 2 hours and lots of time for pictures and interaction with the animals. Here you will get to visit with the nusery animals, pet a wild cat and more!
Up to 15 participants $50 each. A minimum of $500.
We recommend group sizes no larger then 10 for more personal experience but will allow up to 15 participants at a time.
PETTING ZOO AND LIVESTOCK AREA TOURS:
ALL AGES ACCEPTED!
GUIDED Tour with feeding/ petting of the farm animals and livestock.
This tour is ideal for families with children.
The families can come interact with the farm animals, learn about them. then they can get on the wagon for a tour of the camels, bison and zebra. At the end, the zookeepers will bring out some small hands on exotics to round out the tour for a full experience.
Pony rides also optional!
At this time we are also opening this option to small camp and school groups.
1 1/2 hour tour:
Up to 20 participants. $30 each. A minimum of $300 per tour group.
WILD ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS:
Personal hands on experience!
MUST BE 10 years or older!
Looking for hands on experience with some of the more extreme exotics.. want to have your picture made with a wolf or monkey, want to pet a wild cat.
We now offer specialized Wildlife Encounters.. These are customized to suit the needs of individual groups. Some exotics will only allow a short interaction period.. some require extensive training before you can even go in with them etc. Other animals are only available for limited times or as young animals.
SPEND TIME INTERACTING WITH SOME OF OUR WILDILFE AMBASSADORS
Lots of photo opportunities!
This includes a 2 hour specialized behind the scenes tour to give you the optimal and most interaction time possible. This includes interaction with the kangaroos and deer, training/ handling a bird of prey or other bird species. reptile encounter, bearcat encounter. hands on with a variety of exotics, collecting African Crested Porcupine quills, wolf howl/calling session plus more!
MAXIMUM of 10 people at time! $100 per person.
EXTREME WILD ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS!
Sessions are 30-60 minutes.
Interaction/ picture sessions with: Timber Wolf, Wild Cat, Alligator, Monkey or other available young exotic species.
*please call for availability.. not all the above will always be available.. if you like babies.. join our mailing list to be updated on new arrivals.. with our Wild Animal encounters.. the babies are always included! $100 and up.
Professional Pictures

Photo album on CD of your experience
PICTURE CD of your groups/ your experiences: $25/ $150 minimum.
This will include one of our skilled photographers taking digital photos with a professional camera for professional pictures. Guaranteed these pictures will be suitable for framing, Christmas cards and more! The goal is to provide you not only with a CD full of memories but also high quality framable pictures.
WE RECOMMEND THIS OPTION HIGHLY.
Great option for family portraits, graduation photos, engagement pictures and more!
This option may also be used for high school graduation pictures, family portraits, engagements pictures and more.. Just let us know ahead of time and will will incorporate this into your tour/package! You will get a full cd of pictures of your experience.
Note: Personal cameras are not allowed in certain areas and enclosures simply due to the fact that the animals will chew on or attempt to take away your camera. We highly recommend hiring one of our photographers to photograph so that your can have your entire stay photographed without you having to worry about it!

BATHROOM FACILITIES: because we are not generally open to the public at this time all we have available is a portapotty. Keep that in mind on your way here!
Local sights: lots of local winery's, Helen is only 15 minutes away and Cabbage Patch land is only 15 minutes away. You can easily make a day of visiting Wildlife Wonders and other North Georgia attractions
KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER WE HAVE OFFERED THESE OPTIONS.. so bear with us. We are unsure if this will be a one year opportunity or whether we will be able to continue to offer this in the future. We will see where the Lord takes us and see how the vision grows! We are excited about adding this opportunities but along with this comes more requirements for staff. At this point our staff and volunteers are excited to share in this adventure!
